The Worship Lead provides organizational leadership, vision, and shepherding for the Worship Team. Additionally, the Worship Lead is responsible for planning and executing worship gatherings that contribute to the spiritual formation of the body.

The MMO Assistant helps others to Live and Love like Jesus by being responsible for providing administrative support to the Mother’s Morning Out Program Director by managing communication, processing and tracking budget spending, and serving as the primary Brightwheel facilitator.

The Local Engagement Coordinator helps people live and love like Jesus by coordinating, supporting, and providing administrative assistance the Crossroads Local Engagement teams, programs, training, and events.

General Summary and Objective
The Groups Director will help people live and love like Jesus by designing and implementing an effective groups and community strategy where people are formed more deeply into the image of Jesus. This will be accomplished through effectively leading, shepherding, and coaching teams and leaders.
