The Unhoused
ASSIST MEN IN BECOMING INDEPENDENT
The unhoused have more going on in their lives than simply not having a place to call home. Statistically, they are far more likely to suffer from mental health issues and addiction. Trauma, shame, poverty, and a lack of affordable housing fuels these issues, which drives many into despair and hopelessness. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
MEET OUR PARTNER
The Evansville Rescue Mission
The Evansville Rescue Mission has been growing men toward wholeness and independence for over 100 years. In March 2025, they opened the Susan H. Snyder Center for Women and Children. Our advocacy team continues to work alongside ERM and other organizations focused on empowering the unhoused.
Current Priority
Our partnership focus is to help men who are residing at the Evansville Rescue Mission and who attend Crossroads regularly to transition to independence successfully.
